You determine the day, time and location of your vehicle delivery in coordination with our scheduling team. For a rental period of six months, delivery and collection of your rental vehicle is free of charge for you nationwide.

If you do not want to use our delivery service, you can also pick up your vehicle at one of our locations. Here too, you can choose the day and time – and we always have a coffee for you.

Yes. We always offer booking of the desired model and not booking of a vehicle category. We would be happy to send you the individual configuration of the selected vehicle in advance.

Requests for special equipment (e.g. type of gearbox or trailer coupling) can also be expressed in consultation with our employees.

As part of our car subscription, 3,300 km are included in every vehicle per month. This means that even frequent travelers feel comfortable

Your vehicle is usually delivered with appropriate seasonal tires. If a change is necessary during the rental period, we will take care of the change nationwide free of charge at the change of season. Tire wear and replacement is already included in your all-inclusive rental rate.

All of our vehicles have liability insurance as well as glass breakage and fully comprehensive insurance.

For many of our vehicles, the deductible in the event of damage is 0 euros. The SB for your desired vehicle will be communicated to you before the start of the rental as part of our offer.

In the event of damage, it is important to first keep calm and inform us immediately either by email or by telephone. It is important that all damage (accidents, dents, scratches, etc.) be reported immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours . In the event of an accident, please inform the police in order to receive a police report.

If the accident or damage occurs outside of our business hours, we can be reached at any time via our emergency hotline. The phone number can be easily found in the vehicle folder.

In general, your pets are also allowed to come along. However, when the vehicle is returned, it must be free of animal hair and odors. In addition, according to the terms and conditions, you are responsible for transport safety.

However, it is important to note that any damage to the interior is generally not insured.

No, smoking is not permitted at any time and violations will result in an additional cleaning charge.

If you would like to return your rented vehicle early during the term, you can terminate your rental agreement early after one month of the term.

Relevant discounts granted for long-term rental, delivery and collection will then be charged.

Anyone who doesn’t want to be tied to a car for years and wants to react spontaneously to the needs of their fleet will find a suitable solution in long-term rental.

In general, any rental period is possible; the conditions for our CAR SUBSCRIPTION start with a rental period of one month.

This depends on the vehicle type and the rental period. We will be happy to help you find the right tariff for you with personal advice.

When we hand over the vehicle we need your valid driving license. For some models and rental variants, a deposit is also required for the rental period.

3,300 KM are always included per month; the costs for any additional kilometers vary depending on the vehicle model.

This depends on the destination you choose, we will be happy to inform you as part of your specific request.

As a commercial customer, you can conveniently pay for your rental car by invoice or direct debit. 

We have regular promotions that we communicate via the homepage and social media channels.

We will take care of any repairs that may need to be made if a problem arises with your vehicle during the rental period.
